Compliance Administrator

Pershore Area – 37 hours per week

Due to recent and expected increases in our levels of business, we are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and skilled person to provide project support to our Programme and Commercial Departments, where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following tasks for this post:

  • Maintaining and updating the records for various types of security, health and safety and quality documents. This is to include the management and oversight of all Protectively Marked Material (PMM).
  • Carry out regular document musters in accordance with company policies. This is to include auditing activities in-line with company policy.
  • Booking in of all visitors, ensuring that they have the correct security clearances to be on site prior to the visit.
  • Manage staff security clearances to ensure that renewal applications are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Ensure company compliance documents are kept up to date, for example Cyber Essentials, OFCOM licence.
  • Provide support to other admin staff as required, e.g. answering the phone, assisting in meeting setup and logistics, receiving of goods.
  • Occasional escorting of visitors on the premises.

The post will require the successful candidate to be willing to undertake occasional travel within the UK or abroad in support of project or business activities and to occasionally work outside of normal working hours.

In return we offer a salary in the region of £18k – £22k per annum (negotiable, subject to qualifications and skill set), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, overtime potential, profit share and a generous contributory pension scheme.
