When I grow up – At West Malvern Primary School

On Friday, Andrew Turner and Alice Mason from Malvern Optical Limited had the fantastic opportunity to inspire young minds at West Malvern Primary School’s “𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗨𝗽…” day.

Our interactive session explored the science of light and colour – giving the children a glimpse into the fascinating world of optics and technology.

The day was full of imagination and ambition, with pupils dressing up as their future selves – doctors, , geologists, authors, scientists, artists… the list goes on!

The children asked some brilliant questions and seemed to really enjoy the session.

Thank you to the other presenters for giving their time to share their careers and of course, to Miss Richards and the Wellbeing Committee at West Malvern for organising this great event.

We’re proud to support STEM outreach in our local community.
